I am a 29 year old singer/songwriter.
I started writing poems when i was 12 years old. They were quite melancholic.
I got my first electric guitar at the age of 15, went for a couple of lessons, quickly realized that it was not for me, and started teaching myself how to play at home.
I started composing the poems i wrote, and at the age of 17 i got my first 12 string acoustic guitar.
From there the songs just kept coming, and i went to a recording studio and recorded a few of them.
After a couple of years i got my "Ibanez" acoustic guitar, and left the 12 string to sleep in her case.
The songs became different, and i started writing in English insted of Hebrew. I got together with a good and dear friend: Yuval Bar-On who played Cello, we started working on the songs and had a few acoustic shows that went very well.
After a couple of years of hard and seccesfull work together we went our separate ways and i started a band of my own in 2005.
The style of the songs changed from acoustic folk/rock, to electric alternative macabre folk/rock.
On november 2006, the band & me went into a recording studio and recorded a live album that will be released very soon.
The album will include 9 songs that were recorded live and represent the special hardcore theatrical nature of my imagination & music, along with the sensitivity of my soul & personality.
I try to be interesting in what i do in my music, but not too complicated.
The most importent thing for me when i sing & play is to do my best to deliver character, express a wide range of emotions and a variety of colours in my vocal sound.
I think the most importent thing for me is to sound interesting and not beautiful.
I write & compose all my songs.
Other than that i love animals, especially my two wonderfull cats: Pichoo the fatty & Agatha (Agi) the little witch :), plants, winter, big hugs, theatre, art (Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, Dali), nights with full moon, the sound of crickets in hot summer evenings, water, earth, wind, fire, reading books, writing stories/poems/letters, Tim Burton movies ("Corpse Bride", "Nightmare Beafore Christmass"), chocolate, facial expressions in people, Jasmin tea, good hearted people, clever scence of humer, taking naps, dancing, forests, driving fast with loud music on, and just eating life up with big bites!
