About Me

Guitarist/bassist/songwriter/producer. Guitarist & main songwriter in Toronto-based heavy metal band, HAMMERSMITH. . . . . . . . Recently played bass for a couple of years with Toronto-based band The Taste, currently on hiatus. Former bassist for Canadian metal legends Death Militia, who recently released an anthology of their demo recordings from 1985-1988. Truly the best undiscovered metal band of all time! My main guitars are a 1979 Gibson "The SG" and a modified 1967 Gibson Melody Maker SG. In the bullpen there is a 1986 SG with Kahler trem, a custom-painted '84 Gibson Flying V, a 1980 Ibanez Destroyer II. I use a Mesa-Boogie Stiletto Deuce amp. . . . . . . . All time faves are King of the Hill & the Simpsons. Also Law & Order, Duckman, America's Next, Frasier, MASH, old cop shows, original Twilight Zone. My CSI phase has come & gone. And, oh yeah, FOOTBALL!!!!!

Books:

Been a while, but some faves include 1984 (George Orwell), The Possessed (Dostoevsky), The Trial (Kafka). Recently read "Rotten" the autobiography of John Lydon, as well as Gene Simmons' "Kiss and Tell". Awesome.
