...btw, I despise reality tv with a burning passion and if I'm around while it is on in the background (bc my sister loves that crap) I literally get a sick feeling of engulfing pathetic-ness beyond comprehension from which I long to escape by leaving the room or begging her to change the channel... which is probably why I don't watch that much tv...
