About Me

I am totally clean and sober. Have been for many years. Recently moved to Tucson, still getting settled. It's finally starting to look like home. I am half a century old now. I am so lucky to have made it this far, so I count each year as a blessing. I am learning computer graphics, most of what I send out and what you see on my page are my creations. I'm doing lots of arts and crafts right now as I have a lot more to decorate than I used to.

My Interests

UFOs, paranormal, Ancient Egypt, planets and stars, music, movies, thrift stores, the strange, bizarre, and unusual, Halloween, arts and crafts. I collect cobalt blue glass, pigs, brass, Jack-O-Lanterns for Halloween, and rock stars (lol)

I'd like to meet:

Lots of friends, nice people only. I don't have time for users and abusers. I will bend over backwards to help a friend, but have a real hard time with people who see my kindness as a weakness, and think they can take advantage of me. If you want real friends you have to be one, too.

Music:

I like all kinds of rock, from the Beatles, Stones, The Who, The Doors, Van Morrison from the 60s. The 70s was Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Cheap Trick, Bob Seger, Led Zepplin. In the 80s I loved all the "Hair Bands", Whitesnake, Skid Row, Cinderella, Motley Crue, Dokken. In the 90s it was Queensryche, who is still my all time favorite band, Geoff Tate has the most awesome voice I have ever heard, plus they say a lot in their music if you really listen. Alice In Chains, Faith No More, Blind Melon, Stone Temple Pilots, Sound Garden. These days it's Staind, Linkin Park, Queens Of The Stone Age, Electric 6, Godsmack, Audio Slave, Three Doors Down. Then I have my quiet times where I listen to Seal, PM Dawn, Toad The Wet Sprocket, Sting. I love some R & B, and Motown. I still listen to it all . I have my all time favorites like Tom Petty and The Heart breakers, Ozzy . Sometimes I want to hear the Blues, when I do it's Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, and B B King. I just like what I like, and don't care if I'm supposed to or not. I don't think people should label themselves as liking just one kind of music, that shuts them off from a lot of good music...........

Movies:

Horror, Sci-Fi, anything with good special effects. Comedies, Tim Burton movies, cult classics like Attack of The Killer Tomatoes, and Killer Klowns From Outer Space. I recently found a newer one that I love, it's about a dog named Bingo

TV:

I don't watch much TV, but when I do it's Forensic Files, Cold Case Files, Animal Planet, The Sci-Fi Channel, Movies on HBO, I hate network TV, and really hate network news. Network news is owned by corporate America. So, they only report a very slanted view of what's going on.

Books:

I like reading about different religions. It just amazes me all the different beliefs people have. I have many books about Ancient Egypt. I have a full 28 volume set of books on the paranormal. Plus many more about it. I have books on UFOs. Herbs, and natural medicine, and a few on home remedies. Alternative realities. Spirituality. Out of place artifacts, and why they don't want us to know about them. I still have a few Stephen King books.
