We'll have showgirl dancers.
There will be gambling tables to raise $ for the American Heart Association. A bag of poker chips will cost $5 (all this $ will be donated). Each bag will contain 50 play dollars in poker chips. You can trade in 50 play dollars for a raffle ticket. We will be doing a raffle for prizes (not sure what exactly the prizes will be yet but it will be things cool like a Nintendo wii, MP3 players and other things of that nature)
We've got a Roulette Table, a Craps Table, A Blackjack Table and a Texas Hold em Table!
Also a percentage of the party proceeds will also be donated to the American Heart Association.
I'm throwing this party in honor of my father who recently passed away, if there was one thing that man loved to do most it was gamble, especially in vegas! This one's for you dad!~

Ladies Take Control

Deep in the Heart of British Columbia lie the recently discovered
and truly inspirational talents of B Traits and MC Kay. These two gifted young
ladies have teamed up to form LTC (Ladies Take Control), a DJ/vocalist combination
that breathes a breath of fresh air into the often male dominated world of Drum
and Bass. Frustrated by their mundane and artistically limiting hometowns of
Nelson, BC and Cape Breton, NS, these two made the journey from their humble
beginnings to the two cultural epicenters of BC, Victoria and Vancouver. While
continuing to refine their respective skills, they caught the attention of Formation
boss and DNB legend, DJ SS. B Traits energetic and commanding performances and
Kays, sultry yet uniquely powerful vocals made such individual impressions on
SS that he immediately wanted them to be a part of his Formation Records family.
Under the guidance and tutelage of SS, these two have now combined their talents
to form one of the youngest and most exceptional DJ/vocalist pairings the world
of DNB has ever experienced. 2006 is expected to be a bright year for these
talented girls as they are set to present their sound to the people in the form
of a mix CD Deep Sound and a supporting Ladies Take Control Tour.
