Violent Thought is belgian hardcore band from Charleroi (aka Black Land) that began as a jamming metal band in 2003. At the beginning, when it was just a project for having fun, the line-up was Katch (drums), Ju (guitar & vocals) & Mat (bass). At these days, they had never played an instrument before.. so it had been even more difficult for them to find the sound they wanted to play. 4 years later (yeah its long), after many line-up changes (Ju leaves guitar for vocals, Auré is taken as guitar player, Pierre taken as 2nd vocalist, Mat leaves the band and is replaced by Majois), the band is finally complete! They can start to work on a true set and to show their shit on stage ! Mixing all their influences, they play a style of brutal hardcore, mixing fast old & new school parts, 2-step & beatdown shits,... In few gigs, they had the chance to perform with bands such as Struggling Time, Dewback, Des Mafios, For The Truth, Dirty Fingers, Left Hand Path, Charlestown But Yesterday (fr), Shinra (fr),...
