I am a mother of four kids Lexi 13, Kendall 8, Penelope 3,and Jack 11mo. I am also very happily married to a wonderful man Ron. I live my life to the fullest and live knowing I am in control of my happiness and my family's happiness. I live a healthy life style and believe that everyone can be healthy and happy but only if you want to be. The most import thing first and foremost is to love yourself!!! My Interests

I am really into working out and my health. I love to cook and tweek unhealthy recipes to make them nutritious and delicious. I pretty much love any out door sport or activity. I love to shop and be sexy, as all women do (men tend to like that too). I recently competed in my first fitness competition Fame Tropical and won 1st place in Fitness model!!! I have also just shot for a bikini calendar for The Patriot Girls. I have recently started doing fitness and bikini modeling.

I'd like to meet:

Women and other moms that I can help or inspire to change the unhealthy lives they have been leading.I hope to help them improve the health of their families. To help them feel good about themselves and to improve their relationships.

Music:

rap, hip hop, rock, and reggae I love all music!!!

I do not watch a lot I would rather be doing something outdoors!!

Books:

Pillars of the Earth is one of my favorites. Love Oxygen Mag. Love reading things on nutrition and new training techniques.
