Science, politics, retro horror, Paul Naschy, black metal, nature, biology, educated people and health. I like free thinkers and people who think outside of the box and do not look up to others. This is where you find many intellectual conversations which I admire. I do however dislike trendy bullshit which seems to be in abundance lately.
Fellow VHS collectors, BM fans, nature freaks, old highschool friends and thats about it. Please do not add me if you are not going to talk. That is a sure way to make me angry. Also, do not "collect" me just cause I have a huge movie collection and like cool shit. Talk or leave.
Blackend forest metal and Viking/Folk/Black metal. Also l love the vinyl soundtracks to the retro horror/spy/action/erotic movies (i.e. Vampyros Lesbos, The Beyond,Fabio Frizzi, Riz Ortalani, anything from the classic era of Goblin) and try to collect them whevener I can. I love Crippled Dick Hot Wax records,The Mood Mosaic series, Easy Tempo series, Shake Sauvage, and Beat at the Cinecitta!!! Groovy lounge beat!As for black metal, I prefer just bands that tend to stay underground. Some symphonic and lots of raw, mainly just anything that sounds good and that avoids trendy bullshit(Obtained Enlavement, Kvist, Taake, Fear Of Eternity, Summoning, Abigor(old),Nachtmystium, Morgart, Leviathan, etc, etc, etc)no fucking lame Cradle of bullshit...
Horror movies and old school Ninja and Kung Fu films. No trendy horror though. Only stuff from 1991 and below. 1991 is even pushing it. Below are some of my horror VHS collection cover art scans. Enjoy!
In my opinion, watching television and inhaling paint fumes are completely indistinguishable acts. I prefer to go hiking or read instead of wasting my time and life in front of the bullshit television. Of course watching moves through the television is a completely different topic... I listen to NPR 24/7 (except on the weekends!!!) BBC and PRI. These are way better than any fucking bullshit tv show.
Old horror comics!!! Yes I read lots of books (typical college reading list affair) but my real enjoyment is reading old horror comics by Warren printing or the early Heavy Metal comix. Paul Naschy’s biography “Memoirs of a Wolfman†is one of my all time favorites. “Book of the Dead†is fun to look at also!
