Nappi!

About Me

For decades, the rock and roll genre had been dying for an innovative band to come along, take the scene by storm, and change the way music is played forever. Unfortunatley, Nappi! never did that.
The name "Nappi!" can be traced back to 19th century Italy, from which it hails. The band decided on the name Nappi! simply because of how awesome one of the modern-day descendents of the infamous Nappi family is. Naming a band after one of its members, Nappi (Guitar) may sound like a strange idea to some, but...well yeah, there's really little explanation.
The idea of a band like Nappi! ranged back to bands like ACDC and the Allman Brothers, by like, having family members in a band and stuff. Brothers Ryan (Guitar/Bass) and Nick (Drums) fueled Nappi! to a semi-interesting semi-entertaining sound. All around awesome guy George (Guitar/Bass) rounded out the eclectic sound of Nappi! by adding a total disregard for napkins and recycling.
As Nappi! toured the globe and continued to cut hit albums, many asked where Nappi! can go from here, a question which not even the band members themselves could really answer. The rockin' from the Nappi! front is far less frequent, as Nick and Ryan have since defected to 9:18, Nappi himself to Bork college, and George to his real job. However, every few months, you may here a murmur about a show on the Nappi!/Inbetweenis reunion joint, a show you would be an idiot to miss.

Last night was Nappi!'s first legitimate show, the high school's battle of the bands. All in all, it was a huge success for us as a band. We overcame a lot of adversity and nerves to put on what seeme...
