Shot at 2007-06-27Born in Harlem, New York and now a Bronx resident for many years, Shyone1 been rhyming since 1999 where he first layed his 16 bars on a track called 'HOT MUSIC' , a group called MarksMen which consist of artist Shyone1, known as the name RUGGED at the time, Phino and P.A.W.The group later changed it name to Sharpshootaz due to another rap group who trademark the name MarksMen. Rapper Shyone1 later changed his name to Shy and then later on Shyone with the number one next to it. As a group with the Sharpshooters, Shyone1 manage to do a few collabarations with them. From the group he was ask to do songs with them. Quickly grabing the pen and pad to do songs he later would find out that the songs they was going to do were either recorded without him or cancelled. Later on during the years, The group ended up getting and Indie record deal called Black Monopoly. Rapper Shyone1 knew little about the deal but did manage to meet the president of the Indie label. Shyone1 made the decision that he would go solo and let the two members go and Shine on their own. The reasons were that he was not really included in most of the events and that he knew little about the music buisness. Not only the two members where a group but they where twin brothers as well. He wanted to see them prosper wile he leard and record all he can to get that record deal. On January 2002, he started to record his first 3 solo tracks tittled 'WHO AM I' 'DROP DEAD GORGEOUS' 'and' SPEAK MY MIND. He then spread the tracks to his friends and family and they gave him great compliments about how great his music was and that he should continue to do his thing. On November 2002, still persuing his music, came problems ahead. Rapper Shyone1 notice a skipping feeling in his heart. Once he felt it, he did not worry and said that he would go to the doctor later on but once his heart started to race real fast, He began to worry. He explained to the doctor what happend. After test the doctors told him that he was experienceing Heart Palpitaions . On december 2002, he was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Self Paranoia. Slowing him down from his music, he manage to record songs during 2003. Later that year since 2002 he manage to record 11 tracks, calling his mixtape 'REGARDLESS' and releasing it to Friends and family. Friends and family argued that his songs were what Hip Hop needs. Full of lyrics, Rhymes and the right choice of beats to make a record they would soon call a classic. During his health issues and going in and out of the hospital, he put his music aside to focus on his health learing all he can to prevent his sickness. The anxiety and panic disorder seem to go away but still experince Palpitations till this day.On March 2006, Shyone1 found out about Myspace.com from an upcoming Rapper and good friend Jeremiah. Not only a place to chat on, but a place where he saw the opportunity to put his music on to see if everyone would like it. Friends all over from The U.S to overseas are digging the sounds and are so determine for him to blow. Shyone1 second mixtape called 'HARDLIFE' was relesed July 2007 and recieved a lot of positive comments.
