After the demise of WWW, The Grand March rise out of their ashes with friends from other local bands to form this dirty crusty affair. Two words that will sum this record up - ’GET FUCKED’. Taking influences from the likes of Cursed / Mastadon / Kylesa / Phoenix Bodies, expect nothing more than pure brutality. Recorded with Jase (Errander) and Chris Catalyst. "A proper work out of a record this one. Two very, very loud two songs. One piece of nice pink 7†vinyl. One mildly obscene (but individually hand-printed) sleeve. Only three hundred copies. You should buy it. Here is why.
Concentration Champ sound huger than any two piece ever should. The guitar growls, roars and packs and punch that one man and an amp should never be able to create on their own. With a set up of guitars and drums and no vocals (save one “woop woopâ€) comparisons to the likes of Lightning Bolt and That Fucking Tank are inevitable, but should be taken as a complement rather than an insult.
Silent Front are similarly riotous, fierce riffs and assaulting drums crash alongside screamed vocals and wails of feedback.
Your ears will hurt."
