Westworld (Thanks Daddy!), Die Hard Trilogy (Die Hard 4 was a little hard to digest), Contact, Pulp Fiction, The Warriors, Cooley High, Five Heartbeats, A Bronx Tale, Silence of the Lambs, Hav Plenty, Swingers, Live and Let Die (and most of the older James Bond movies before Timothy and Pierce), Mysterious Island, She Hate Me (should have been me), anything with Samuel Jackson, Don Cheadle, or Jodie Foster.

Television:

I don't really look at TV that often. If I do, I am flipping between 24 Hour Cable News and sports. I wish DirecTV had VH1 Soul!!!The revolution may not be televised...but the de-evolution is being televised daily.

Books:

I don't read enough non-medical books. I'm trying to change that.

Heroes:

My mother, father, and sister. People who make the world better than it was before they arrived. People who never stop trying to improve themselves (and I'm not talking about plastic surgery!)...Also, this guy is my hero for not walking towards the light. This guy was supposed to be dead:

If you come to the E.R. (not my words but oh so true)

Here are some tips to those who may end up in an ER (or with a family member.) *If it requires the ambulance team and entire truck of firefighters to transport you and safely place you on a hospital ...
