I have some great friends but I wouldn’t mind meeting some more. Send me a note, say “Hi.†I apologize in advance if I am slow to reply. I have one request though. Send me a note; don’t just add me as a friend. I am not here to collect “friends†whom I never hear from.
Music? Well I like just about all music. I would say that the music I listen to the most is Rock'n'roll or hip hop. My ipod is topped off right now with just about every genre of music.I can't keep up with all the groups that I listen too, so here is what is currently cool for me.Supersuckers- They have a new album out and I always rock the great songs from their old albumsMF Doom/Dangerdoom/Viktor Vaughn Yeah, that is all the same guy and I have a lot of his music playing on a regular basis.Tenacious D-Seriously, it makes me laugh and it rocks... what more could you needNirvana- Unplugged- I am going to be honest, I try really hard to get tired of this album, but I can't... I guess I will have to listen to it a bit longer eh?Guano Apes- Sandra Nasic is the greatest "chick that rocks" ever... I guess that is just my opinion, but seriously, she has a voice that was meant for heavy rock music!Gnarls Barkley- Man this album has been growing on me. I listened to it the first time and put it away for about 2 weeks. Now I can't stop listening to it.The shuffle feature is usually rockin' on my ipod or itunes so with 5200 songs I can get quite a bit of variety in the day. one word...Netflix
I am a nerd. Yes, I said it. I am a big fan of the Discovery channel. I have been a fan of TLC and the History channel, but alas, I don't get those channels on my ultra basic cable...so I like the Discovery channel.
Typically I read real life adventure. When I have time... One of my favorites was The Endurance.I just finished "Blink" and "The Tipping Point" I guess I was on an Malcolm Gladwell kick. Recently I just read "Misquoting Jesus." Which talks about the history of scribal changes, why they came about and the process of finding them. (please refer to my "I am a nerd" comment from the television section)
