Band Members: Lucas Wilson- born 8/12/88. plays bass and sings. Writes the majority of the songs. Influenced by The Red Hot Chilis, his bass style is in line with a more technical side, and quite a lot of the solos are performed on the bass rather than the guitar.Lyrical influences include iForward, Russia!, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Radiohead Wolf Parade and Modest Mouse. Mark Wilson- erm, i have no idea when he was born. Luke's father, and guitarist and sometime singer of the toy tanks. writes the occasional song and most of the guitar riffs too. Influenced by old punk bands such as Sham 69, X-Ray Specs, Stiff Little Fingers and The Buzzcocks, his guitaring is simple yet punky, using a fair few strumming techniques to achieve a sound quite unlike any modern band, but then using feedback to create blistering guitar solos. Jed Harrison- Drums and shouting. his influences lie more in the heavey metal catagory, with bands like seether, cold, korn, metallica and slayer. his drumming reflects this heavey approach to give a chunky backbone. He is also lukes cousin and of corse really really cool.
