Movies, how movies are made. Making music. Working with people in whatever capacity. Bad movies. "Amateur Videos" on youtube.com. Feeling awkward, making projects where I get to feel awkward and help other people feel awkward. I think that's an important thing, the more situations you arrive at feeling a certain awkwardness with, the more experience you have with that feeling and developing an understanding of what makes you feel that way, which seems important to me. Blockbuster movies. Made for tv movies. How school works. The necessity of people. Maxim covers. Teen magazines. Teen movies. Google Image Search. Learning how to play music on my keyboard...slowly. Singing and writing songs. Redefining love. And movies.
I like to meet people that like their life. I like to meet people that are happy. Being happy makes people beautiful and since that's the case I don't need to say I want to meet beautiful people. I like how people look but that may not help in how happy they are...? yeah? I like to meet people that can laugh and make me laugh. I like people that do things. I like people that smile alot, that could generally mean that they are happy about "something?", which in turn makes them beautiful people. I want to meet these kind of people.
The pure unadulterated sound of YES, Alan Parson's Project, the first New Kids album, "New Kids on the Block"(title track New Kids on the Block), Scissor Sisters,T-Rex, Elton John(the engineer...he makes it), Robert Palmer(radio hits), Fanny Pack, TLC, Lindsay Lohan and Kelly Clarkson on some level. Also...musicals, I love musicals, I can't describe what my relationship to musical sound is, I just love it and it makes me hate and love at the same time, when I'm watching something live on stage(musical something) I get shivers sometimes because everything just makes complete sense, with the dancing and the singing and the color and the rainbow color scheme, I don't know, it's just a special kind of love. And anything that will make me dance, I need to dance so anything that helps that is a favorite.
Coyote Ugly Anything with Lacey Chabert. Anything with Heath Ledger. Anything with Jake Busey. Anything with Lindsay Lohan. Jennifer Love Hewitt in "Can't Hardly Wait"(anything after that needs to be watched on mute at 1/2 speed...with xtasy) Almost anything with Bruce Willis. Anything with Gary Oldman(especially the remake of "Lost in Space"(one of Heather Graham's "okay" films and also an earlier bad-girl introduction to Lacey Chabert.) Mostly anything with Jude Law. All of Robert Rodriguez's films, (I highly highly recommend the Spy Kids trilogy, it has given me nothing but joy and a renewed sense of life + the third and final is 3-d!, sexy.) All Coen Brothers flicks. All Todd Solandz films, they fuck me. Nothing that has anything to do with Helen Hunt, Bill Paxton, Heather Graham(in most cases), Olympia Dukakis, Shaquille O'Neal(mostly) or Steven Segal(1999 onward.)
I'm not really into watching TV. If I need to watch it then I'll wait for it to come out on dvd and watch it that way. I'm not against TV.
