Brian is retired from MetLife where for 12 of his 25 year tenure he was their National Field Training Consultant. Part of his responsibilities in that position was to identify, develop and implement a market penetration strategy for local retail outlet opportunities. This included using socio-economic demographic material for identification while developing marketing / sales programs specific to each particular region. His gaining the support of local management and the community while acting as an emacery for the Corporate Home Office during the implementation of these various programs was his particular expertise.
