I've been thinking for some time about re-writing this silly "About Me" blurb. The mildly horrifying part that I'm discovering is that I don't feel that I have anything useful to say about myself. This is perhaps due in part to an inadequate sense of self as I may be perceived by others, since I am discovering more and more that very few peoples' perceptions of me match my own. This leaves me uncertain as to the reality of my self. What I can tell you is that I have become almost unfailingly honest, blunt, and direct, occasionally to the point of rudeness. I am certain that this shames many people around me, which is unfortunate, since I care about those people deeply.
I tend to be a bit impetuous.
