Erben Perez has performed and recorded for over 14 years with some of the most respectable Latin Pop,Salsa and rock artists of our time, Marc Anthony,JLOtion a few. Erbens passion for Rock and Roll led him in search of forming his own band. Musicians came and went until he found the right person who shared in his musical vision, guitar player and composer, Mario Guini.When Mario Guini joined the Marc Anthony band in 2004, Erben knew, together they Rock band. Their mutual musical interests sparked, giving Erben and Mario the idea to nurture and mold their strong sense of the Rock idiom.With a musical concept set in place, Erben and Marios next step was to find their lead vocalist. After two years of searching, Dennis Reyes joinedjandro Fernandez and Chayanne (M.A.C) Summer Tour of 2005. Realizing that the only link missing was a strong rock drummer, Dennis introduced Julio Marin to the group and Talking Buddha was complete.Trained in diverse musical styles, the members of Talking Buddha create their music with uniquea powerful combination of hard edge Rock music with melodic sensibility, giving way to the deep human understanding expressed in their songs.Talking Buddha is ready to release their first album after the success of their demo CD. They have played shows throughout New York and New Jersey, invigorating viewers and listeners with their highly energetic and captivating performances.
