Movies:
Crash is the best. I got all teary eyed. Wicker park and The secert window. Comedies like movies with adam sandler(such as click)-and many more, Romance (a walk to remember), A Night at the Museum, Save the last dance, Step up, True stories, and stuff about the brain (definately). Also Freedom Writers and Love & Basketball.
Television:
CSI (very intresting and it makes you wonder if that turly is the way they solve these cases), discovery health, jeporady, the OC, comedies (family guy), anything really . I mainly am not really into TV though. I watch it to spend time with other people. I feel like if their watching TV I can watch it with them. But I very rarely turn on the TV myself.
Books:
Oliver Sacks (awesome author), Helen Fisher (also awesome), Phantoms in the brain (neurology cases), The Outsider (about a man with shizophernia), The man who mistook his wife for a hat (neurology cases), Why we love? (sounds like a romance but actually not, it shows what happens in our brains when we fall in love, it is very cool), A child called it (Child Abuse-very sad), The seven sins of Memory (all about the history of memory and past people who have had parts of their brain removed such as F.M.) Tuesdays with morrie (a man that is dying from Amoytropic Lateral Scelorsis), When the air hits your brain (Written in a neurosurgeon's perspective and his normal day in the operating room), Anatomy of Motive (about why people kill and do wrong things), The spirit catches you and you fall down, Neuroscience, Neurobiology, Biochemistry, Psychology, Psychobiology, Anatomy, Grey's Anatomy, Psychobiology, Brain Chemistry...and many others. I think you get the drift. Or books that are based on true stories.
Heroes:
