Well meanwhile -- after releasing two CDs, a couple of EPs, videos and a single and after playing shows in front of crowds between five and five thousand people -- I guess weve stripped off most of our naivety. But nevertheless we still haven't given up dreaming. It's just that today we don't play, because we think we have to go anywhere, but to go! Rock for Rock's sake!
"The main thing is that we remain friends!" is and has been organic.'s motto ever since we started calling us a band six years ago. On stage as on CD, we give everything to leave no doubt that the journey itself is our reward. Enthusiasm for the music, the strong bonds between us, high ambitions, positive feedback and simply the fun of it all are the fuel that keep us going.
Here's a self-made low budget videoclip of our song "Call us hopeless":

By the way, if you are asking yourself just why we chose hasselcore as our myspace-profile-name, here's the explaination: For some unexplainable reason David Hasselhoff used to be really popular in Germany. No, not just as Mr. Baywatch or Michael Knight -- he entered the music charts over here with his song "I've been looking for freedom" (I hereby apologize for all my German fellows who proved to be terribly mistaken)! Anyway, in a review of our last album in a German music magazine, where the person writing about our songs obviously didn't care much about our music, we were compared to -- David Hasselhoff!
Well, you know, we've always felt unsure about just how exactly to define the style of our music, so that we were really thankfull for this inspiration. We don't play Emocore or anything like that -- we are proud to say that we are the first, one and only band that plays Hasselcore! ;-)
