In December 2003, Pan!c TV is formed by Jean-Yves Szmida, Michael Keller and Sven Casaleiro. All 3 of them already gained experience by playing in some different regional bands in East-Belgium (in the small German-speaking part of the country).
In February 2005, while people in East-Belgium are enjoying the carnival, the guys hide themselves one week at “Gam Studio†in Waimes, where they record 5 songs with the aid of their mate Michael Jost (Justy) and with Dany Gallo (Backdraft, 08 Hotel). The result is not that bad, but the guys are not really happy with it. The stress was probably too big to realise 5 perfect songs during one week.
In November 2005, Pan!c TV plays his first bigger gig in the “Pistolenclub†in Eupen on the occasion of the CD-release-party “Autobahnhotel“ by Hallo Kosmo (Daniel Offermann, bass player Girls in Hawaii).
Other gigs follow, among those in Aachen (â€Schlüsselloch“, July 2006), Andenne (“Bear Rock-Festivalâ€, on the occasion of the “Fêtes de Wallonie“, in September 2006), and in the famous “Ferme Madelonne“ in Sterpigny-Gouvy (April 2007).
In this period, the guys are already sitting in their rehearsal room in St.Vith recording a new demo-CD, with the aid of Justy.
One week after their most important gig, as support act of Skew Siskin and H-Blockx on the occasion of the “Twilight Backyard Rock“ in Nidrum (August 2007), their demo-CD “Clean Machine“ (7 songs) is released.
Next highlight: after being played from time to time on the radio BRF1, on 13th October 2007, the guys have an interview in the alternative-music broadcast “Vitamin R“.
The concert highlights in 2008: in March, gig in Liège, at "Chez Bouldou"; in June, festivals "Vibrations" in Malmedy and "Musik Marathon" in Eupen; in September, "The Lion Festival" (by Thatoubon!), Malmedy .
Because of personal circumstances, Sven, the bassist and original member of Pan!c TV, is no longer member of the band since August 2008. He is replaced by Björn Marx who played in some different regional bands before and who is the perfect man to do this job
