"Va's Own" HA HA KiDD!!! DJ Kidd was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. From the beginning, DJ Kidd has always had a passion for music. From listening to mixtapes in the reading center in elementary school while acting like he is reading a book, to going home and listen to music all day. DJ Kidd was influenced by his older brother and Disc Jockeys in the industry, K.I. Double started Dee Jaying at a very young age. Kidd has always been known for his creativity on the turntables, and the way he moves audiences like none other. DJ Kidd was runner-up to DJ King Ron in the DJ Competition at the last BET Black College Weekend @ Kings Dominion. DJ Q45 (Rap City), DJ Rob Stacks, DJ Sparkle was just some of the DJ's that was in the competition. In 2004, DJ Kidd became apart of the DJ Alliance "Sick 1 Crew" Home of the Turntablists & Party Rockers. DJ Kidd has been showcasing his skills on the turntables all over. Whether its at college parties, nightclubs, or talent/step shows, the skills that he possesses are what make him stand out. DJ Kidd is not only known in the Clubs but also in the mixtape game.
