I am 17 and my hobbies are shopping and punk, I go to as many gigs as I can, I’ve been to see the vibrators, fanny pads, hotwired, and loads more. Also I’m going to see the Damned, Exploited, UK subs, Cock Sparrer, GBH, Leftover Crack and loads more bands this year at WASTED! I love punk, but I can't stand bands like blink 182 who are more like pop, or green day that used to be okay, but have sold out, and are now doing the total opposite of what punk is. I've been into punk for over 7 years and it's a huge part of my life. I also spend quiet a bit of time customising my friends and boyfriends clothes, as well as my own, as I hate buying clothes that have been mass produced, and everyone's got the same clothes as me and I hate fashion, I'd never wear anything just because everyone else does, and you're not "cool" if you don't follow the crowd, so many people in this world are small minded, I'd never avoid speaking to people who dressed differently to me, I think it’s pathetic. But punks not all about the clothes, it's a part of who you are, your beliefs and opinions, the people, the bands and music, the gigs and experiences. I also love wakeboarding, but in this country I'm not brave enough to do it all year round! And I love going to Camden in London with my mates, the shops are amazing, and the whole place is full of punks, and other alternative dressers, which is great for me, as I live about an hours drive from London on a small island, with a population of about 7000! And there are only about 5 punks on the whole island!
