Music that marks moments and memories... they always teach something valuable that you can go back and listen to it again to stay focused... and on the right track of life

Movies:

stigmata, mulloholand drive, lost highway (david lynch fan), carandiru, cidade de deus, kids, lost in translation, snatch.... movies that open your mentality and show you a reality of thought that you know that exists but you never saw it...

Television:

donÂ´t watch it too much visual trash, only when it has seinfeld...or beck and that's it.....some monty python...rare these days

Books:

the ones that apear in my bathroom, always come in handy

Heroes:

my dad, thats it... and all that look after me, worry... and take their time to be with me
