Music, literature, art, making anything, cooking, photography, writing, movies, good beer, better whiskey, and sticking it to the modern american dream in the name of all that is real and true. Living in Kentucky, Backwoods camping, spending time outside, road trips, family time, mountain biking, wood carving, sculpture, metal fabrication, motorcycles, cars, luthiery, and sewing. My truest nature is that of a troubleshooter, I feel most at home when things are broken and require fixing, taping, wiring, re-wiring, re-programmed, re-calibrated, dried out, pumped out, rebuilt, or disassembled. Most of all, though, I love a good challenge.

Television:
Who's got time for that? I do love the family guy, the simpsons, futurama, and Scrubs, but I usually just rent a whole season on dvd. Screw commercials. Watching TV these days is setting yourself up for someone else to tell you how to live. Reality shows and american this or that have made it so intolerable for me to conceive of "tuning in" for any real length of time. Movies are slightly better, but not much. Not until you get away from the hollywood and get into the indie stuff.
