Welcome to Dean-O-Mania Est. 1964, Catania, Sicily.For those of you who don't already know, I recently underwent quadruple by-pass surgery, which was a surprise to me when I found out I needed it. Seems there are some bad genes on my father's side, thanks a lot dad (no wonder he's dead). So, 6 months later, I am "New and Improved" and now have been inspired to continue with life changes. I'm working out 3 to 5x's a week, eating right and looking good, at least that's what everyone is telling me! Hey, I lost 32 lbs so far and without the help of Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig, suck on that Valerie Bertinelli!
