Contact: [email protected]Heartbeat:Zero is not your average 3 piece band.High school friends Timm & Willy discovered the joy of music years ago, and lacking the motivation to start another kiddie-band they just jammed the world away every week. What happened afterwards is quite hard to describe but it comes down to this: several months later Timm's girlfriend Nathalie started to play the bass and the "band" was born. Not knowing anything on how to sing, write songs or even play the guitar (Willy being a more than impressive drummer on the other hand), the three piece managed to get to the national finals of the Emergenza festival, sold more than 130 tickets to their conert at the VK* and got quoted as "fresh", "innovative", "blowing away the crowd with strong melodies" and so forth. In 2008 the band has experimented with a lot of sounds, and having thrown away over 40 songs, they have now finished the writing for their first studio album called "Rise of the Vultures", to appear in 2009.
Motivated to the maximum, and now far better musicians than they would have hoped to be when they started the band, Heartbeat:Zero is much more than just a band, it's an experience for your ears - and eyes.
