I work at sky sports, which basically means I have no life. I'm currently contemplating moving into an edit suite to save on rent, where Ugandan cleaners will keep me company and bring me breakfast salvaged from the dumpster...back in the day, I was a happy little child, content with re-runs of Super Ted and a 20p pick n' mix from the shop...oh how 3 months can change a person, now my time is mostly filled with sports (strange that) sitting, watching, waiting, tea and coffe, early starts, long days, log sheets, horrible sandwiches, angry security guards and long food orders...dont get me wrong, I have a lot of fun and the people, on the whole, are great, but 70 hour weeks are certainly not the way forward! I had friends once, honest. The optimist in me wants to be thankful for such a great opportunity, the endless possibilities and the job satisfaction of working as part of a team to deliver award winning live coverage of some the biggest sports to millions of viewers around the world...but i dont let him out much!
