Music, books and movies. Internet media, football, photography and art. Problem-solving, poker, backgammon, game theory. Philosophy, the power and confusion that is religion, psychology, sex, alternative lifestyles, travel, expression, sociology, drugs, addiction, the incredible power of the human mind; is that where the 'Self' resides? The African condition, the incredible prejudice and closed-mindedness of some people, comedy and humour, science and design. Subculture and the dedication, commitment and drive I imagine it must take to subscribe to one in particular. I prefer having a view into a few of them... I'm an individual, just like you. Life is good :)
Anybody:
- else in LONDON with a CarveStik
- else in LONDON wanted to invite a strong poker player to their homegame
- that owns the following mp3: 'I Hate Myself - Husband At War'
- that can recommend local bands that they think I might like (see musical taste)
Music is an absolute passion.
Rock mainly, in almost all it's forms: indie rock, classic rock, post-punk, alternative, 'art-rock', 'dance-punk', new wave, some psychadelic rock, some blues-rock and some lo-fi. I also listen to jungle/drum n bass, positive hip-hop, electro and occasionally I'll even listen to some psytrance, hardhouse and sophisticated jazz. I'm NOT a fan of opera, country + western, reggae, psychobilly, screamo, emo, hardcore, punk, metal, 80's stadium/hair power-pop rock and techno.
