The building has been totally redone - everything is new. Gated, secure, assigned underground parking. Good sized gym. Heated pool and hot tub. Friendly, social, young building -- but also very quiet -- walls and doors are good quality. Has new stove, microwave, dishwasher, A/C , bathroom - bright with lots of light, built-in mirrors, balcony, gas fireplace (landlord pays for gas/water/trash). Make new friends and hang out at the pool.
