About Me

I edited my layout at .. , check out these Myspace Layouts!

I'm a realistic socialist who enjoys adventure though not the hedonistic type. I am an ambitiously driven + goal oriented scholar who knows how to systematically predetermine My Own success, and can even verifiably influence those within My sphere with open ears. Optimism is a key attribute for progress, thus I keep it positive - however I don't 'respect' ignorance and have little patience for aimless "conformists". [Arise! Arrivers]

My Interests

My main interests are learning & teaching. Although, I also enjoy composing music, writing poetry, painting, sculpting, tai chi, basketball, Being My Brothers' Keeper, Loving Black Women, Fathering these Children, Supporting My Family, BUILDING this Nation, Saving Our People, etc...

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet more Free-Thinkers. It seems as though very few people choose to think for theirself now-a-day, its like they don't conceive that they are capable of making their own decisions. Well, I'm fed up with followers; I would like to know where those Free Spirits are out there - who can see the beauty in the Sciences of Life above & beyond any binding theology or political hypocrisy.

Music:

I like the music that I make, obviously. It is influenced by other genres which I am greatful for including: Bebop (innovative Jazz), Reggae & the rest of them rhythms of the Caribbean, Hip Hop {with a 'Message'}, classical, and I also can appreciate music from other continents like Asia, Africa, & South America, etc...

Movies:

Who's next?

Funny Clip I can appreciate a good documentary and sometimes I can sit through one of the better adventure flicks - considering it has a conscious plot.

Television:

The best show on television is "Jeopardy" - hands down. Anyone who watches an episode of this program will definitely learn something (alot). It's straight questions & answers - no drama. I like jeopardy so much that I record it daily, so that I can go back and investigate some of this information even further. I also enjoy documentaries and the news of course, "The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer" that is. I can appreciate just about anything on PBS, as well - that's the greatest station currently on TV. I despise commercials, with a passion.

Books:

How To Hustle & Win

Heroes:

The people who I idolize are those Self-disciplined enough to take a stand against an unjust system (i.e. capitalism, colonialism, imperialism, etc...): there are several of these "rebels" out there - more than I care to name at this time, however I will mention some of the more notable ones whom many of U should recognize. Marcus Garvey, Nat Turner, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali, Louis Farrakhan, Nobel Drew Ali, Toussaint L'Ouverture, Mao Tse-tung , Ho Chi Minh, Simon Bolivar, Che Guevara, Stevie Biko, Sekou Toure, Kwame Nkrumah, Huey Newton, Fred Hampton Sr. & Jr., Mumia Abu-Jamal, George Jackson, Sekou Odinga, Geronimo Pratt, Harriet Tubman, Assata Shakur, RE:Meqka Ceani Earth, Father ALLAH, & Yeshu'a (who so many of U insult with that inane misnomer "Jesus", a 'nickname' concocted by the lazy tongue of some Caucasians who neglect the respect of calling folks by their meaningful ethnic identities - look it up! don't just accept things on their face's-value; RE:Search!)
