Im a 36 years old. I live in Nacogdoches Texas. Ive been a musician for about 20 years now. I love music and all that music has done for me. I have played in several bands throughout my career. I started as a drummer for a metal band in 1986 called ROCK BOTTOM. We played around the East Texas area. After school I went on to the armed forces and served during Desert Storm. After returning home I joined a band called UNDERCOVER. It was a short project with big results. We opened for some big name acts at a large club called the Wrangler. That's where I got my first taste of the Big Stage and a Silver Eagle Tour Bus. We picked up management and booking agent. It was alot of work but it was also fun. After UNDERCOVER broke up, I went on to play with a local classic rock band 5TH WHEEL. This band was soon changed and formed as NEUTRAL GROUND. We played mostly in the East Texas, Shreveport and Mississippi area. Differences caused me to leave this band, however, i still remain friends with them. This group of guys helped me as much as I helped them. I will never forget the fun I had with them. Now the new venture begins. The start of a band that everyone wants to see. I have joined forces with three other local musicians here in Nacogdoches Texas. This project is in the begining phases but the end result will be like no other that you have ever seen in a local band. Name of the band is BEYOND FOREVER. Keep in touch and see when we will be lighting up a stage near you. This band will be like no other you have seen in a local band. Lights and pyro are in the works for the stage show...ha We should be performing live starting in April 07. Line up for BEYOND FOREVER includes Chaney Wheeler from VICIOUS CYCLE and ARCANE SCIENCE on Lead Vocals and Lead Guitar. Mike Nelson on guitar , Stanley King on Bass guitar and yours truely on drums and vocals. Thats right folks. There are two shredding guitars and both will blow your minds. You can check out Chaney on his page listed on my top friends list. He has original music for you to listen to and get an idea of what to expect. BEYOND FOREVER has a mix between Black Label Society and Killswitch engage kind of sound. Its a metal/rock combination sure to keep your attention. I promise you, this will be an experience for both the band and the audience. We will see where we go from here. This is just the begining to a long journey to see where the music takes me. I would like to say thank you to all the people who have shown me support in my endeavors, all the musicians that I have played with in the past, to my family and friends...To my beautiful wife Tina and our children...
