I am 29 years old. I am an actor, a gambler, and a college student. I also play a little guitar. I enjoy studying human behaviour, but am sometimes frustrated by our hypocracy and ignorance, as an "intelligent" species. I do not subscribe to any organized religion because I have seen too many flaws within them. I am open to discussions about religion/spirituality with anybody, as long as they do not say that they absolutely know the truth. Nobody on this planet truly knows where we came from, or where, if anywhere, we are going when it is over. That being said, I am not an athiest, I simply have the freedom to admit that I don't know the truth. Organized religion is the true enemy when it comes to this subject. It locks a person into a way of thinking, with no willingness to explore different views. However, if their spiritual leaders change direction, the faithful will follow. I cannot allow anybody to lead my beliefs on a subject so important. I am a very strict vegetarian. This is not for health reasons, although I am trying to take better care of myself, but rather because I have come to realize that all life is sacred. I do not believe that we have the right to kill sentient beings, simply because they are weaker than us. Obviously I am not a hunter. There is no natural law giving us the right to end a life, regardless the species. For the most part, I enjoy life, and don't understand why others can't do the same. Most people, unfortunately, get lost in trying to live a way they believe they have to, whether or not it is what will truly satisfy them. I do what makes me happy. As long as I don't negatively affect others, I believe I'm living right. I'm at the top of my game right now, and plan to continue living life my way. I hope others can do the same. If not, I must stay away from them. I can't let anyone slow my roll.
