About Me

About me? I completed my first marathon on Sunday January 13, 2008 at the P.F. Chang's Rock and Roll Marathon in Phoenix Arizona as a member of Team in Training. I finished in 6:03:37 and am damn proud of it. Finishing this marathon was a life changing expirience for me and I can't wait to do it again. Since I finished my first marathon I have moved up in the world from a half marathon coach to a full marathon coach with Albuquerque Fit for the 2008 season. My next marathon plan is to run San Antonio in November 16, goal time to be determined. table width=350 align=center border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=2
You Are a Seeker Soul
You are on a quest for knowledge and life challenges.
You love to be curious and ask a ton of questions.
Since you know so much, you make for an interesting conversationalist.
Mentally alert, you can outwit almost anyone (and have fun doing it!).
Very introspective, you can be silently critical of others.
And your quiet nature makes it difficult for people to get to know you.
You see yourself as a philosopher, and you take everything philosophically.
Your main talent is expressing and communicating ideas.
Souls you are most compatible with: Hunter Soul and Visionary Soul What Kind of Soul Are You? I am intrigued by all things bright and beautiful. I am inspired by the world around me and always wonder how I can bring more love and less hate into it.

I'm an outgoing person who likes to laugh and talk about the idosyncrasies of life especially over some drinks with good friends. I like tequilia, especially in margaritas (no salt on the rocks please) or just a shot after a hike up La Luz. I'm not domestic by any means but I can cook if I have a recipie. Housework totally sucks. I feel like I'm going to be a student forever.

My Interests

I really like to read books. I would rather read a book than watch TV unless Gray's Anatomy is on. That's what not having cable television will do to a person.I love animals and going to the zoo. I love hiking in the mountains. I love Scott of course! I love running with Scott even though he claims he's just a "fat kid with running shoes and a watch". We have fun together. I love hanging out with my friends, I would be lost without them in my life. I love quiet days at home. I love the feeling of running in the morning when the air is crisp. I love my cats. I love life. I love coaching. I love learning new things. I love discovering my spiritual side. I love the fact that I have the ability to just be and not worry or think about anything. I really love massages! I adore the sounds of my cats when they are purring, playing, or just talking to me. I love gardening. I love being outdoors and camping. Really I just love life and how it is.I'm setting a goal of running from the center of Albuquerque, New Mexico to the center of Chicago Illinois. Not literally that is, but mileage wise. According to Yahoo maps it is 1308.6 miles. It is going to be a challenge but I have a pretty good shot at getting it done.I bet we could fill this up in one day where I work at. Nature, running -- marathons and half marathons, hiking, music, reading (I love to sit and curl up with a good book on a cold day), drinking with friends, dancing, learning, working on procreating (can't beat that for fun!), www.integralnaked.com, www.beliefnet.com, red wine, baking cookies, making Rachel Ray recipies

I'd like to meet:

People who like to go out and have fun. Leave the drama at home...I have more than enough for all of us.

Down to earth, easy going, and fun! Yup, that's you: the friend everyone invites.
And your dependable too. Both for a laugh and a sympathetic ear. What Kind of Coffee Are You?

My Dad for teaching me to be the person I am today, My Grandma for giving me the values of her generation, Dali Llama for his strength to stay true to himself even in hard times, Buddha , Jesus Christ, the guys of LIVE especially Ed for writing phenomenal songs about what really matters.
