Rich Robinson is the lead guitarist for The Black Crowes, the band that redefined, and revived rock n' roll in the 90's. While the Crowes were on hiatus, Robinson started pursuing other projects, such as composing the soundtrack for the 2001 film "Highway". He built his own personal recording studio in his Connecticut home, and in 2003 put together a four piece band called "Hookah Brown". Hookah Brown toured for awhile, but Robinson decided that he no longer wanted to put up with the politics of "band life". So he pursued his own solo project, resulting in the 2004 release of his debut album "Paper". As of now, the Black Crowes are back together and selling out venues all over the United States.
