About Me

I moved to Knoxville a almost two years ago from Southern California. I am loving it here, most of the time--I really could do without the winters--it's way too cold for a girl from Southern California. I still get lost as I am used to looking to the west and seeing the ocean-yes I know the ocean is still west from here but it isn't staring me right in the face. I am divorced with primary custody of my daugther. I work full-time but still make time to work out. I enjoy music, dancing, cooking, hanging out with my friends and family. I enjoy riding motorcycles, but recently had to put my bike up for sale--yes it's replaceable when the time is right as it is only a possession and that doesn't make a person. I have learned that you can't dwell on the past. You evolve from you past choices, life lessons and mistakes. As one of the great songs goes...Life's a dance you learn as you go sometimes you lead sometimes you follow... (can you fill in the rest???)

My Interests

I enjoy being around my friends and family. They are extremely important to me. Sometimes I may get frustrated with them but without their love, support and encouragement I wouldn't be where I am today. I enjoy cooking--especially for someone who enjoys to eat! Food and good company are good for the soul. I still believe the best way to stay connected with your family is to sit down every day and have dinner together--I always thought this was important for healthy relationships with your kids and studies have even proven my theory right. I love dancing, being near the water, hanging out with friends and family. My other passion in life had been riding my motorcycle whenever the weather permits...

I'd like to meet:

Men who aren't into playing games. Let's call a spade a spade-if your married be honest and tell the truth up front. If you say your going to call then call. As I am new to the area I am interested in making new friends. Life is about choices and I'm choosing to be around people who are honest and real. We all have things going on in our lives but you still have to remain positive and upbeat.

Music:

I like many kinds of music especially if you can dance to it. I'm not into the rap crap or heavy metal head banging stuff.

Movies:

I love comedies, mysteries, documentaries. Some of my favorite movies are The Jerk, Big and Stripes

Television:

I love Law & Order, CSI, Criminal Minds, American Chopper, American Idol, Hope & Faith and the Discovery Channel. I recently started watching Dancing with the Stars and could only hope to dance half as well as they do.

Books:

I love mystery books, detective stories, etc. Some of my favorite authors are Clive Cussler, John Grisham and for easy reading Sue Grafton.

Heroes:

The many men and women who have fought to keep our country free. My parents for taking the time to teach me right from wrong and believing in me when I didn't believe in myself. ?? Which Angel Or Demon Are You ??
