The Cadillac Incident is on Hiatus!
Playing shows since 2003, they've struggled to maintain a unique and compelling sound while not completely alienating their audience. Formed out of sheer boredom, The Cadillac Incident began as a few kids performing bad cover songs in a cramped and unventilated Texas garage. With time and effort came talent and originality, and after three years of constant writing and performing, they have independently released two full length albums: Mormons Never Quit & Quitters Never Mormon (2004), and The Bi Polar Bear Chronicles (2006). They have played countless shows in the Dallas Fort Worth area, and toured the US from top to bottom, performing with artists that include: Heymike! (Takeover Records), Near Miss (Takeover Records), Against All Authority (Hopeless Records), and Savvy (Disney).
The "Cadillac Incident" was this thing that happened 3 years ago to a young man named Austin. He thought it would be funny to throw a brick at a Cadillac broken down on the side of the road. He got caught. He got in lots of trouble. At this point Austin met new friends and they started a band. This band is The Cadillac Incident.
