Music (duh!), writing, Horses, Greek dancing, soccer, reading, chess, traveling (I'm going to Greece in May!!!), astronomy, meteorology, philosophy, psychology (any kind of science interests me), mythology, Greek food (I'm trying to learn how to cook some family recipes, so far so good)
I would love to meet Fiona Apple and Jewel. I'd have to say they have been my biggest inspirations.
I love most kinds of music but I find myself listening to a lot of old classics: Pink Floyd is my all-time favorite band, Led Zepplin, Van Morrison, The Doors, Steve Miller Band, Allman Brothers, Doobie Brothers, The Animals, and so on. Also love Sublime, Chili Peppers, Portishead, Jack Johnson, Feist, Neko Case, Susan Tedeschi, Haley Bonar, Kate Bush, Erykah Badu, Fiona Apple, Jewel, John Mayer. I'm also really getting into Mushroom Jazz like Mark Farina. Lately, I've been listening to a lot of fiddle music like: Nickel Creek, Alison Krauss, Charlie Daniels Band, and the like because yes, I want to learn how to play fiddle music too!!
I don't watch a whole lot of TV but I'd have to say that my two favorite movies are still The Usual Suspects and Spaceballs. And if Pulp Fiction is on, I will always watch it. Also love Super Troopers and Office Space. I do love gangster movies: Carlito's Way, Scarface, Goodfellas, Casino, etc. And ya'll have to see my friend's independent film "Sinner"!! Check out their page under My Friends
Again, don't watch a whole lot but I won't lie, I do watch American Idol. My new favorite show is The Universe.
Hmmm. That's tough. I have a lot of favorites. I will basically read anything that's given to me. Some of my favorites are: "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance", "Eleni", "Life of Pie", and anything by Richard Bach. Anything about Astronomy. Anything that expands my mind.
