About Me

Ok, since you've started reading this I'll assume you're actually interested. First off, I love movies...more specifically I love a great story well told. It's why I work in the field I'm in. I love telling stories...even if that just means a new product that someone is trying to promote. I'm working on that first movie...it'll be done someday!! :)I own my own company so I have pretty flexible hours. I'm doing something that I love and I consider that a blessing...especially after I hear my friends complain about their jobs!!Although I'm not a surfer, I do like going down to the beach and just walking around. I didn't grow up near the ocean, and I still find it really relaxing to just go down and look out at that huge body of water and just think. Even after eight years I still enjoy it...I'm trying to instill a new discipline in my life: getting into the gym on a regular basis. It's definitely not easy for me...I'm not a morning person and that's when I have to go. I need to do it though, because I spend so much of my time sitting at a desk with a computer at work (and checking my MySpace!!).Love to play a good video game (an interactive story!), read a good book, or play piano (music degree). That's me...what about you?

Music:

I listen to just about anything except rap, heavy metal, and country. I don't listen to country because it's just too addicting!! :) Some favorites are Billy Joel, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, John Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, Alanis Morissette, Gwen Steffani, Weird Al (what can I say...sometimes I'm just in the mood for it!!), Casting Crowns, Old School Michael W Smith, Coldplay, Dave Grusin, Danny Elfman, Fernando Ortega, pop, jazz, classical, electronic, dance, salsa...I'm all over the board. I was a music major so I like a lot of stuff!!

Movies:

Favorite Movie of all Time: Ben-Hur (don't even get me started) Next Favorite Movie of all Time: Star Wars (it's what got me hooked) After that it gets a little fuzzy but you can definately throw the other two Star Wars movies in there (Empire and Jedi), the Indiana Jones movies, Forrest Gump, Memento, Saving Private Ryan, Run Lola Run, Lord of the Rings, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Casablanca, Contact, The Great Escape, Shawshank Redemption, The Matrix, Cinderella Man, Schindler's List, Mission Impossible III, The Adventures of Robin Hood (Errol Flynn version), Traffic, Crash, Rounders, Moulin Rouge, Raising Arizona, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Office Space, Magnolia, All the Harry Potter movies, Everything Pixar has ever made, The Iron Giant, Life is Beautiful, Lost in Translation, Judgement at Nuremberg, Hoosiers, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Day The Earth Stood Still, Duel, Field of Dreams, The Final Countdown, Airport, Garden State, Gladiator, Good Will Hunting, Collateral, The Insider, and Life is Beautiful just to name a few...

Television:

Don't actually watch much TV, but since the whole DVR thing has come out I've been watching a little more. Currently I'm into: LOST, Battlestar Galactica, 24, and Inside the Actors Studio.

Heroes:

I know I'm supposed to say Jesus, and of course that's a given so I'm not going to say that even though I just did...I'm not really sure where these two fall in the entire list of the world's heroes, but I have to say George Lucas and Steven Spielberg because they both went out and did what they dreamed of doing and they never let anyone tell them that they couldn't do it! They have changed all of Hollywood and how everything is done and I find that personally inspiring and amazing!
