I can resist everything except temptation!

About Me

I'm from a suburb of Dallas, Texas. I was raised a little here and a little there. At 14 I moved to Belton, TX and stayed for a while. I ended up graduating high school there, and going to college in the area. I worked as an EMT-B for a couple of years until I went to CTC for a year to obtain my EMT-P cert. I worked at a hospital based service in Temple until I got a job with East TX Med Center as a Medic. It was probably the greatest experience of my life until now (the entire time in EMS). Since then I joined the US Air Force to get the $40k for college and the free tuition while I'm in. I plan on being a Dr... eventually.

My Interests

a target="_BLANK"I like to go snorkeling. Hopefully I'll get scuba cert. over here. It's supposedly pretty cheap over here($200). I would like to take the pilot classes over her so that I can fly, but the classes aren't covered by the Military's Tuition Asst.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody that's not a complete Moron. I hate people that can't carry on a basic conversation. Also anyone that's into going out to the beach, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, partying, pretty much someone that doesn't want sit around in front of the TV and do nothing. I found the mathematical proof that Women are Evil:

Movies:

Memento, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Dr. Strangelove, Super Troopers, Space Balls, The Matrix Trilogy.

Television:

Family Guy, Scrubs, The Wire, Heroes, Futurama, Simpsons, House, Mind of Mencia. I tend to watch a lot of the Discovery, History, and Learning Channels. But can't leave out Comedy Central!

Books:

Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons by Dan Brown, Christine by Stephen King.

Heroes:

Both of my Grandfathers, they were both in the AF and both ran independent businesses. Dr. Henderson, the Med. Director that showed me that Dr.s really do care about what happens to their patients. He was possible the one man who made me want to be a DR. Last but definitely not least, is Fonda. She drug me to the college so I could sign up for classes to be a Medic. If it wasn't for her I think that I would probably be an EMT-B, at the bottom of the totem pole, wishing for better. I love her like another sis. She went from Medic to a Registered Nurse (she's actively pursuing her dream to be a midwife) and I have all the respect for her in the world!
