I don't want to be in the local papers, I want to be in the tabloids!

About Me

I love love love music. Dancing, singing, listening, escaping. Music is the soundtrack of life. I'm sure lots of people have said that, but it's true. If there is music playing anywhere I am, I can guarantee I'll be grooving. I just can't help myself.Acting is my passion. It's what I've wanted to do professionally since I was a kid. That's finally starting to happen for me. Awesome.I have an obsession with traveling to places I've never been before, and some I have, and my vacations are always so incredibly wonderful, sometimes I don't ever want to come home.My favorite season is summer. There's nothing I enjoy more than the hot Texas sun. That's a lie. There are a few things that I enjoy more, but it definitely ranks high up on my list.I'm a big fan of intellectual conversations followed closely by laughing and joking about the *insert insult here* person walking down the street. My friends all fit into this category, so getting everyone together gets pretty damn crazy.Anything else I might've left out that you think you might like to know? Ask. :)

My Interests

Acting, singing, playing bass, traveling, hanging out with friends, transcending time and space, conspiracy "theories", not believing everything the TV tells me, spoiling my doggy, making people laugh, laughing, crying, laughing so hard I cry, inside jokes, random phone calls and text messages, cooking, eating other people's cooking, going out, staying in, music music music, tattoos and the special meaning everyone has behind each one, going from serious conversations to wrestling around and horseplaying, weekends, being happy.

I'd like to meet:

You know what? I found him, thanks. There's a long list of Hollywood actors that I'd love to work with. Including but most certainly not limited to: Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L Jackson, John Goodman, Whoopie Goldberg, Natalie Portman, Shirley McLaine etc.I'd also like to find an agent. That would rule. And any like-minded individuals tired of working for someone else and ready to work their own hours. :)

Music:

Funky House, Tech House (DJ Dan), some deep house, some Trance (cheesy trance, like Ian Van Dahl, ATB), MINIMAL Drum and Bass (it must have vocals, and if I hear an MC, I'm breaking someone's neck...ok fine, there's some I'll listen to...but I'm really picky), Breakbeat (DJ Icey, Simply Jeff, Adam Freeland), Z*Trip, 311, I'm a HUGE fan of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Victor Wooten (amazing), Tower of Power, old skool rap (Too $hort, 8 Ball & MJG), 90s rap (Another Bad Creation, Kris Kross, Vanilla Ice), alllll 80s music, disco, funk, Panic! At the Disco, 90s alternative (Nirvana, Soundgarden, Incubus [only their S.C.I.E.N.C.E. album], Weezer, System of a Down, Korn, Dial 7), Nine Inch Nails, some pop (Britney Spears is my guilty pleasure), the impossibles, MXPX, Sublime, ALL GENUINE Reggae (not that shit they play on the radio), Michael Jackson (Bad and previous), Jack Johnson (!!!). Everything but country, if you wanna be generic about it.

Movies:

Dirty Love, Footloose, Human Traffic, Groove, Cocaine Cowboys, Pan's Labryinth, Children of Men, Little Miss Sunshine, Running with Scissors, Requiem for a Dream, Traffic, Blow, Run Lola Run, Vanilla Sky, Donnie Darko, The Big Lebowski, Fight Club (it only took me 8 times to understand it), Super Troopers, Office Space, The Exorcist, Nightmare on Elm Street (1, 3, and New Nightmare), Saw (all of them), The Neverending Story, It's All Gone Pete Tong, Resevoir Dogs, Scarface, Love Actually, Igby Goes Down, SLC Punk, Outside Providence, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Spun, The Rules of Attraction, Eyes Wide Shut, Puddle Cruisers, Grandma's Boy, Garden State, Fifth Element, PCU, Shaun of the Dead, Noises Off!, Bridge to Teribithia, Apocolypto, The Departed, Transformers, Live Free or Die Hard, Knocked Up, Cloverfield, Super Bad, Lucky Number Slevin

Television:

House M.D., The OC (addicted), Whose Line is it Anyway?, SATC reruns (the box set of Seasons 1-6 would make a great gift), The Shield, and I'm really tired of "reality" TV. Except "Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood", that shit cracks me up.

Books:

I'm up for reading anything you recommend as good. I love reading. 1984, Ecstacy Club, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Dry, In Cold Blood
