Television:
I wish I could watch more of these shows but when I have time these are the one I love to catch:
Nip Tuck, The Shield, Gray's Anatomy, ER, Law and Order SVU and CSI, Numbers, Americas Next Top Model. Running for family and friends makes this impossible. Lately, I find myself buying the seasons on DVD so I can actually follow the whole thing.
Books:
I am not a big reader but when I do read it is either a medical text or plays, Shakespeare is definitely my favorite. I have read all his plays these are my favorites: Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, Winter's Tale and Hamlet, Macbeth. His Sonnets are also most pleasing. I also like Chaucer, Poe, Voltaire and Dickens. Old English writing is a gift to be able to read and understand and I have the gift. I do not waste it at all. I have and Shakespearean Literature Degree. I also enjoy short stories and Fables.

I have many people to thank for their inspiration and support a long the way (especially, my brother, my grandparents, TK the man willing to give all, Al who gave all, T the best friend even after 16 years, and all the kids who have walk through the door at my mom's and loved me unconditionally for who I am and not how I look or care for them.) Heroes to me are those who challenge the life they have been given to prove to others that they are just not a mold but so much more. They are the people who over come adversity and give of themselves unconditionally and fully. They are those who do not hate but forgive and have great hope for all those that they have encounter in their lives, no matter how things ended. They continually say that they will overcome and denounce all evil in life. I will try my hardest to break my mold and overcome all evils that face me, including my fibromyalgia(a chronic pain disorder),POTS, and RSD. As Bob Dylan once wrote "I will not carry myself down to die, when I go to my grave my head will be held high!" I assure all I will go to my grave with my head held high. Nothing less is acceptable. I will be my own hero along with those who have the same idea about life that I do..... I am a living breathing hero thanks to all those around me....
