Mark Haney and The Buzzards

I got my wish...

About Me

Mark Haney is one the hosts of the "Stan and Haney Show" on 96.1 K*ROCK, in SWFL. (6am - 10am) {He also announces the Home Games of THE FLORIDA EVERBLADES live, in Germain Arena.) Born in Daytona, he has lived in Florida his entire life. Haney has worked in radio for over 25 years, and has been on-air for the majority of his adult life. Inspired at a young age to play guitar, he found that his calling was to play the Blues. Writing songs based on his experiences, he and his buddy Tom Smith founded the Buzzards. Other members (usually friends) have joined from time to time. But really The Buzzards are a "floating" band, with it's main members being Mark and Tom. (Tom is also Producer for the Stan & Haney Show!) They have headlined many shows, created a loyal local fan-base, and opened for many well-known Classic Rock Bands. (You can also find them on the web, on various sites. They have loyal fans all around the world, including Australia!) Haney believes in putting his music out there, for free, so if you enjoy it, feel free to "take a sample."------------There's more to come.. so check back soon!!!

Why The Blues Exists
