:LBG 4 LIFE:

About Me

There isnt too much to know about me except the fact that I travel the world to play National Paintball. Thats what takes up most of my free time...but when i'm not playin paintball i'm working... or always staying busy. I'm the kinda person thats always gotta have something going on...although i do enjoy a random lazy day of stayin in my pjs, i'm more of an out-going person. I love going on random adventures and never knowing whats going to happen! i guess you could say i like to "live on the edge" I LOVE SHOPPING haha and spending money :-p and i love just kickin in with friends. i'm really laid back and easy going and i can get along with pretty much everyone :)
BUT... like i said paintball is my life so here are some shout outs!
Paintball is one of the biggest things going on in my life right now and its SECOND most important….after my family of course!! There is no way I could do any of this with out their support and help from the very beginning!! First of all I owe the biggest thanks to my Brother for getting me started playin paintball… haha if it wasn’t for him there is no way I’d be any ware close to doing what I’m doing right now…. Too bad my brother had to have 2 foot surgeries otherwise he’d be right here with me doing this all by my side :-D so I owe the biggest thanks to him and I’d love to see him start playing again :-D Secondly my mom and dad Tim and Marlene Schroepfer… some of u might know my dad Tim he is the Head divisional ultimate XBALL reff for the PSP’s. If it wasn’t for him and my mom supporting me 100% in paintball there is absolutely no way what so ever I’d be where I am today….They worked their asses off for me to pay for everything before I was even close to being sponsored!! and they still work their ass off to support me! I don’t know what I would do without them because they have always been there for me no matter what I’ve decided to do and I know they’ll back me up 110% in anything I want to pursue in life! So I thank my dad for loving the sport as much as me and wanting the best for me!! And I fer sher want to thank my mommy for caring so much and letting me live her dreams for her!!! She has so much heart in this sport and believes in me so much I don’t think I could do it without knowing she’s behind it all, cheering me on and waiting to see the scores!! She’s just like any other sports mom… always there helping with everything doing anything she can to help and stay involved I love it! Me and my mom also play on a local team we play with a friend of ours Matt Davidson called FAMILY ADVANTAGE so i love getting the opportunity to go out on the field WITH MY MOM and play the sport that i love!!! What more could you ask for…. Haha oh and my dad yes he plays too!!! He’s actually not that bad for an old fart haha! But if he doesn’t get the chance to play he still wants to be in on all the action so he’s out there reffing! So THE BIGGEST THANKS EVER TO MY FAMILY!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS AND I OWE EVERYTHING TO YOU!! **MUAH**
The next people I want to thank are the people INVOLVED in paintball that I met and made a huge difference in who and where I am today. I’d like to start off from the very beginning and thank JAKE and MATT DAVIDSON for getting me on my first team ever the Wizards :-D if it wasn’t for them and their help I would have never played a local tournament! Secondly I’d like to thank AARON THOLEY for giving me the time of day when I was a wee one! Haha he help me so0o much on my skill and drills... u wouldn’t believe what all he taught me! Thirdly, I’d like to thank TAMI ADAMSON from the FEMMES FATAL for picking me up on her team last year and bringing me into the NATIONAL LEVEL paintball. If it wasn’t for her and her team I wouldn’t have met all the friends I’ve met in paintball and for me that would be a whole different story!! So thanks a bunch Tami. Next I’d like to throw out a huge thanks to GREG SCOTT for all his help and support at local tourneys and even out at the national events!! He’s an awesome guy fer sher! Also a big thanks to PAUL WELSH , DAVE BEDNARCZYK from FSL indoor, and all the ZERO KIDS!!! With out them I’d have no where and no one to practice :-D they are great kids and I love em to death! Next I’d like to thank NICHOLAS MATHEWS for helping me out a lot during the “off season” he’s always helping me and always giving me the newest tips. Another thanks to him for being an awesome side-line coach for LTZ!!! A BIG THANKS TO MIKE PAXSON AGAIN for giving me all the help and coaching he can!!! An even bigger thanks to BART MONROE for taking me in to the LTZ FAMILY and giving me and the rest of the team all his support and love!! Another big thanks! to BEA YOUNGS for taking me on to LTZ DESTINY! I’m so0o glad I’m apart of this team. CARL MARKOWSKI!!!! THANKS FOR LETTING ME BE APART OF YOUR H2K COMPANY!!!! and thanks always for being there for me to open up to and relieve all my stress, ur the best listener ever!!!AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I’d love to thank all of the people and friends I’ve met over the past 2 years if it wasn’t for always meeting new people and seeing all ur faces at the events…there’s no way they would be the same!! So thanks to all of u out there that support me and my teams I appreciate it more than u would believe and I’m s0o glad I’ve met and had the opportunity to meet all of u wonderful people!!!!!!!
Over the past 2 years I’ve had to make a lot of sacrifices and I still am till this day. The first big sacrifice I’ve had to make was when I started to play at the national level. I was a competitive dancer since I was 4 years old. A competitive gymnast since I was 5. Dancing and Gymnastics is what I was all about before I was introduced to this unknown world of paintball. I was so strong in those sports I thought fer sher that’s what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to be the most amazing dancer ever and I wanted to be in the Olympics for gymnastics….haha a girl can dream right?! At about the age 13 is when I was first introduced to paintball… it wasn’t a big deal to me then… at least not to the extent which it is now. So I could still manage being in those other sports. To be honest I didn’t even know I was going to take ..ball the way I have! Then when I was 14 is when I got on to the FEMMES and I had to make the hardest decision of my life…. Dancing was all I knew at this point but I saw this huge window of opportunities that was just calling my name. then I came to realize that at the point in dance I was at… I couldn’t take it any further….I couldn’t take it to that next level. I saw all these paintball options dangling in front of me and I knew I could make something of myself as long as I tried my hardest…. That’s when I stopped dancing… at that point I couldn’t do any school activities that I was involved in that meant no more DANCING, GYMNASTICS, DIVING, or TRACK …there was simply no time. Some of the next things that happened I would really call them sacrifices they were more of harder decisions that would really change my life but at this point it was all paintball related. Like after the year with the femmes I wanted something beyond an all female team I wanted something so full of heart and so dedicated, but it was hard for me to get accepted into that because I’m such a minority in this sport. You have to prove yourself 110% before your looked at then more then JUST A GIRL. I had to step up my game a ton. I had a few options to choose from over the winter as to what team I wanted to be on for the next season. Well I guess it wouldn’t have been as easy as choosing it as it was more of a try out! And hardcore training! Well what I thought I wanted didn’t turn out to go in my favor but I ended up benefiting from it and getting on the most amazing team ever LTZ which is where I’m at right now! The most recent sacrifice I’ve had to make was my education!!!! Just a few days ago ( September 21st to be exact) I sat down with my parents and talked over HOME SCHOOLING!!! This is a big deal fer sher!!! If u ever look into it there is a lot you give up and there is a lot of responsibly behind it. But I am now in home schooling just so I can take my life in paintball to the next level. By doing this it opens up my time for practice and tournaments and its going to be a completely different life style I’m looking forward to living!!! But that’s enough information about me!!! Hahaha

My Interests

*MUAH*

Right now paintball is obviously my biggest interest.... not to say I don’t miss the other sports I used to be involved in because I really do!!! I love dance and gymnastic along with diving and track!!! Besides sports related topics I love just being around all my friends and having a blast :-D i love listening to music and trying to write my own. i love singing in the shower and really loud when i'm driving in my car. haha You just have to live life one day at a time…. And live it to your fullest!!!

Heroes:

"It happens on a random Monday, coming back from an event, or late on a sunday night, right before you get on the plane and you're about to be frisked for the third time. You're driving, you're flying, you're sitting in a airport seat with boys from the team. You're drinking stale coffee trying to stay awake, you're explaining the fat welt on the side of your neck to a confused stranger or a best friend. You're coming back to the other life; the one without paintball, where no one understands why you do it. You're tired. You're working off little sleep, the question creeps up and you try to ignore it. Why do I do this? Why the travel? Why the losses, and the missed work, the missed school, hours of practice and the complaining girlfriend? Because the lure of living a paintball life is just too potent, and the products of the road, the travel, are memories forever, and trips and strange lands with stranger people. At tournaments, it feels like, for once, you actually get to live as loud as you want. It's worth the sacrifices, it's worth all the bullshit. Because if you work hard enough a Sunday will roll around and you'll be in the huddle, screaming, with your hand in, one among ten playing for the World Title. And suddenly, all those cliches you ever heard make sense, and you are defined. You say it to yourself and it means everything. I am a paintball player; and this moment, right here, is my life." -MMMy parents are my heros they kick ass!!!
