my "about me" has not really changed since i've started my myspace. and that, my friends, has been a really long time.about time i switch it up a tad, don't you think?my name is -nick. nothing more, nothing less. i have no middle name, and my last name is too hard for you to get on the first try.rufus has been my pretend middle name for a really long time. a really special person gave it to me, so it sticks with me.i am greek. and i love everything that comes along with that.sometimes the ladies want you to whisper sweet nothings into their ears. sometimes not. but hey, who is keeping track?i moved to columbus, ga about eight days out of graduation. i lived. i lost. i loved. and i loved living.and loved everything about the people i met there.the general outcome from that living experience was "the red-team". "difficult to understand", is the phrase that comes to mind. we understand eachother, and that is all that matters.she kept my sanity in tact, and that is all that matters. we can eat enough in one sitting and steal bread from starving children that you see on tv, and that is all that matters."we" are all that matters.i'm currently in kennesaw, ga. and am adapting to life here. i'm meeting new people and making the best out of this situation.i love to read. sometimes i think it is an unhealthy habit. i love to write, almost more than i love to read.to prevent a jealous feud between "write" and "read", i will state that i love them equally.i also have an addiction to vodka. i've tried to say no, i've tried to move on to other drinks. but it keeps coming back for more.i hate stomach ulcers.i am very bad at managing my time. things are always put on the back-burner.i don't know how to watch a television series box-set in moderation. it's all or nothing.and six discs of an entire season can occupy a few days out of your life.the only two shows that i would base a religion around are house and law&order svu.detective benson (mariska) is my object of lust.i love to pick up strangers. hitch-hikers need friends.until i find a real job, i refuse to do anything less than being a server. easy money is good money.the only thing in my life that has some sort of organization is my music. bless, itunes.i'm very easy going and am generally a push-over. it doesn't take much to get me to do what you want.i try not to let the little things bug me. i'm better at that now.i space out a lot, and wouldn't trade in my a.d.d. for anything.i speak too fast at times. i am too random at times, and not just the kind of random that you hear about. not the kind where people are always like : "man, i'm so random".those people are craving attention.i define random.and when i'm drinking, i tend to put a better understanding to the origin of the word.besides my family here, the people i love the most are on the west-coast. and they're my favorite thing about it.fuck flashy lights, slot machines, and titty bars.family.there is a lot more that defines me, and i'm sure i'll share if you ask. or if you know me, you'll find out in time.in other words, don't hesitate to talk to me.until next time
-nickthe hardest things in life don't come with a monthly statement...my tears are all out and there's nothing left. I've been leaking bleach...and every time that i cry, it hurts a little more. this basement is so quiet now and the fact that you're not walking through that door tears me in two.watching out for your own like they were mine, i've gained so much since you've been gone, but sometimes i don't think it's worth it. because i'd give it all to hear that voice and see that grin. I'd give anything to have one more beer that would last a life time...couches line this room since you've re-arranged, perfectly placed televisions and shelves...and to tell the truth, it's never looked better.you left a world behind and we'll never know exactly how...but that doesn't matter anymore, because you're more content than any one of us living in this hell we call our own.
