City Weekly Review ~~ The Burning Spear show on Tuesday August 21, 2007 proved to be a success.More than 425 people turned out to Club Roxbury to support reggae's "living legend", Winston Rodney.Burning Spear took the stage at 10 pm and played a captivating 2 hour set capped off by a lengthy encore. Amidst the clouds of cannabis and patchouli oil, the diverse crowd danced to classics like "Marcus Garvey", "The Youth", "African Postman" and "Rocking Time".Rodney repeatedly demonstrated outstanding percussion solos that fired up the entire crowd and consistently delivered his messages of humanity,respect and tolerance...............................................
