VICARIOUS BLISS: A tall red haired bloke signed by an even taller (debatable) blond bloke and PSG supporter, Busy P - driving force behind the Ed Banger Records empire. Released 'Theme From...' EP with dope remixes from Busy himself, Justice and Lifelike. Grew a beard and got licensed by a slightly shorter Brighton supporter bloke who's Skint and got remixed by Dave Clarke and got re-released yesterday afternoon last year. Remixes for others include N*E*R*D, Kid Loco, Rinocerose, Sebastien Tellier, Daisy Daisy, Mystery Jets, Ladytron, Yuksek. Produced the most excellent I Love UFO's debut album out on Recordmakers. MARAL SALMASSI: producer and singer Maral started as a DJ in Cologne in 1994 and has not stopped since then. In 1997, she created Konsequent Records, besides becoming a part of the foundation of Formic Distributions. She has been working hard in these two facets, propelling her love for music and its byproducts. Not still fully satisfied with what she had conquered, she founded her Art Of Perception label in 1999. It is where artists such as Jimi Tenor, Kim Cascone, Bochum Welt, Alter Ego, Christian Morgenstern or Andrew Weatherall have recorded. Since 2002 she also runs Television Records, a label designed to give artists like John Starlight aka.Zombie Nation, Kitbuilders or Quesh a platform for expressing their unique musical approach to electronic music.
