Influences: 1st and foremost we're music lovers, thru and thru. There isn't one genre in particular that we only like, as our tastes can go thru a wide spectrum of music. But seeing as everyone likes a bit of insight, let's hear each members thoughts. Ollie DB likes everything from Madlib thru to Radiohead, Leon feels for anything Coldplay thru to Talib Kweli. Nate digs sounds ranging from Bob Marley thru to MF Doom, while Hash gets down to grooves all the way from DJ Shadow to Pearl Jam. Tub thumper Craig Rock's tastes goes from ?uestlove thru to Dennis Davis, while Bassist Omar's tastes go from the sweet sounds of Coltrane, all the way to Bounty Killer. There's just too many in the middle to mention, ranging from electro to D'n'B, but we feel that the sound we produce between all this, is the most important
Sounds Like: Okay, imagine making a musical dinner. Add all the flavours, spices, and ingredients that are part of all of London's sounds, the kick of rock and electro, a dash of some sweet Jamaican herb, some juicy funk and soul, and finish it off with a tasty little hip hop pie on the side. Serve the main course with a small shot of imported American sauce to dip your side order in, and there you have it. One satisfying musical meal.
