About Me

Worlds Greatest Page Ever!!! Hello there,
My name's Dan (or Danny) , I live in Burnage in Manchester, with my friends Hannah , Brandan and soon enough Claire too. So if you find yourself in the area, why not pop round. I'm not particularly interesting, I don't have that much I do, I enjoy spending my time with company that I like, whether staying in or going out.
I love music, films and cartoons (who doesn't on this site though?). I do a little bit in the way of sports, mainly irregular, unknown ones (not really classed as sports I guess), such as Poi, Devil Sticks, and juggling in general. I'm looking at getting back into martial arts, hopefully with time I'll actually do something about it.
I'm always open to new friends and will add you if you seem cool to me, I like to stay in touch with people in my list so don't add me just to boost your numbers please.
I have no idea what I want to do with my life, I'm currently studing for a degree in IT, but I also have the idea to go into alternative medicine.... I really just that odd :D
Feel free to add me (especially if you know me),
The more, the merrier!
If you do add me, please send me a message, it's just polite.

I would like people to leave comments.
Come on, it won't take long, and it shows me you care.
My most recent "thing to do", seems to be knitting... I say that as I've started to do it. I figure I like wooly things, and it's cheaper than buying them. Also my housemate wants to start a graffiti knitting group. Anyone wanna join?
check out my Live Journal account. More people should join LJ,
mainly because I don't know anyone on it.
If you are, please add me.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Everyone in the world, so then I can judge you all

Music:

Rest In Peace John Peel

Television:

I don't really watch much TV lately, I prefer to watch films or videos/dvds, that way I have a choice to watch good programs I want to see.
But, when I do, I tend to watch the following:

Family guy,
Aqua Teen Hunger Force,
Drawn together,
Foster's home for imaginary friends,
Scrubs,
South park,
Billy and mandy,
O'grady,
The simpsons,
I'm alan partridge,
Friends,
Futurama,
Green wing,
Nevermind the buzcocks,
Spaced,
Top gear,
Fawlty towers,
Black adder,
generally lots of animations and comedies

Books:

The Catcher in the Rye -
Prolly my favourite book, everyone must read this book, most people will be able to relate to this book and it helps, best thing J.D.Sallenger wrote!

1984 -
Another must read, Orwell's scarily true depiction of the future, gripping book, very well written, read the book, don't watch the film.

Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas -
AMAZING, anybody who likes drugs will love this book! Hunter.S.Thompson was a hero! just as good as the film, which is also a must see!

The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy -
Tim Burton writes a book of poems, enough said!! excellent director, great writer!

Heroes:

Jeff Buckley
He's a legend, he only released one album! he's so different from anything else out there. I think he has to be my all time favourite musician, with "Live at Sin-é" being my favourite album of all time.
I made this-
Kurt Cobain:
Without this man, my life would be drasticly different, I cannot begin to describe the profound effect this man had on my life, in a very good way, his music helped me through tough times.
Johnny Depp
women love him, I want to be him, he's good at acting too.
Alison Goldfrapp
sexy lady, with a stunning voice, since meeting her, she's risen up my list.
(The pictures on the far right of the link page below, were taken by Frankie at the Apollo gig, no credit has been given!)
^That's when I met herAnd again
Take a look at my Goldfrapp gig pictures, some are quite nice
Superman
need to stay in his good books, I'll prolly need him some day.

My Blog

Eeeerrmmmm......

I'm not really sure what to put for this blog, I've just deleted my last 2, highly irrelevent blogs. Mainly because one was about me having a job, which I now no longer have and the other was on here ...

What the hell is a blog?

OK, I've decided to do a blog (although I have no idea what that means).I can't really think of anything much to write, I've not really done much. I did recently download an animation programme, and h...
