I love music! Currently I'm trying to master my turntables, but it's a lot harder than u think. I get rather bored with the "same ol' same ol'", so I'm always check'n out new records to buy. I'm not gifted with a good singing voice, so lucky for everyone's ears out there, I'm not a frontman in a band. Otherwise I would. Dancing is also a passion of mind. In order to play the music people want to hear, you've gotta be able to dance. You've gotta have rhythem. I'm not saying I'm the best, or that I've taken classes or anything, but I'll break it down anytime, anywhere if I'm feel'n it. One of the many things I would like to do is enroll in some hip-hop classes...if I could only make the time.
Now days it seems the nightlife in the STL has calmed down to a slow sizzle. I used to be a club/party kid, but it's not the same anymore. Which might be a good thing, because it was beginning to become a distraction. Living it up Studio 54-style...not necessarily what u are thinking. I guess everyone has to grow up sometime...I'm still work'n on it though. I like to read a good book, and write when I'm inspired. Usually the flow of words to paper come out a little smoother during heartache unfortunatly...makes for good writing at least.
I cherish my family and friends, and spend all the free time I can with them. I like the little things in life. Going out to eat at a really expensive resturant with a close friend, and endulging. Bowling a couple games with my friends and drinking cheap beer and smoking cigarettes all night. I'll drive 3hrs, to party for a night and be miserble all the next day at work (Nokomis, IL, AND U JUST WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND). Chicago is always fun and fast paced. Starting the night out with a slice of pizza or a dog, hitt'n up the clubs around town, meeting the hottest dj's, drinking martinis and dancing all night...and at the end of the night, throw'n down some Indian food to close out the evening...and then the next day maybe regretting it, but not really. The Ozarks is a blast too. I have to admit, it's a little country, but I've met some great friends there, and had soo much fun that I can't explain. I like a good game of volleyball, though the smoking doesn't help. Even hung over and puking I'll still play (it's happened b4). Hanging out at a friends house on a Saturday night. The girls watching while the guys try to prove what men they are by doing beer bong after beer bong...some girls too...playing games and enjoying the company. Getting the cops called and everyone almost getting arrested...good times. Or just staying in with my guy (no guy at the moment) and renting a couple DVD's (anything funny, or a GOOD scary movie) and eating as much junk food as possible. To me life is about your experiences you take with u from the ones u love and care about. That's what I'm going to take with me. Who doesn't want the finer things in life? You'd be lying if u said u didn't. I personally, want a career and to be able to further myself (which I'll figure it out eventually), but I don't want my life to be consumed with it. I want to be able to enjoy the times I have with the one's I care about, because that's what counts for me.

This might take a minute. I'm love gaining new musical knowledge from the people I meet. It lets u open up your ears and your mind to appreciate something u might not ever had come in contact with if it weren't for them.
